Ingredients
  

  • 500 g minced lamb
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • Salt, black pepper
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • Oil
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Brewed saffron (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Sumac powder(optional)

Instructions
 

  • Onion, grate it and pour it into a large bowl. Now add the minced meat with turmeric, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a half teaspoon of black pepper to the bowl.
  • Now, mix the ingredients in the bowl by hand for 10 minutes until they are completely homogeneous. When the ingredients are well combined, cover the bowl with a plate.
  • Now, put the bowl in the refrigerator for an hour. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator after an hour.
  • Grease a large pan with 2 to 4 tablespoons of oil. Place the minced meat mixture on the bottom of the pan and spread it evenly on the bottom of the pan.
  • Place the pan on medium heat and wait for one side of the kebab to cook well. Now, if you wish, you can divide the kebab into smaller pieces. To make it easier to return it.
  • After cooking one side of the barbecue, turn it gently and let the other side cook. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them around the pan to cook.
  • If you want to use butter and saffron, pour the butter into a bowl and put it on the heat to melt. Then add saffron and mix.
  • Finally, place the kebabs and tomatoes in a suitable container. You can serve this delicious kebab to your taste with Iranian bread or rice.
